Cancellation policy

At Champion Elixir, we offer flexible purchase options designed to fit your lifestyle—whether you’re testing your first bag or fueling up on a recurring basis. Below is our policy on cancellations for both one-time purchases and subscription orders.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time orders placed through our website are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel a one-time purchase:

  • You must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If the package is already on its way, you may still be eligible for a return if the product remains unopened (see our Return & Refund Policy).

To request a cancellation, please email support@championelixir.com or call (551) 579-7820 as soon as possible with your order number.

Subscriptions (If Offered)

If you're signed up for a recurring delivery (subscription), you have full control over your plan. You may:

  • Pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time

  • Make changes by logging into your account or contacting our support team

Important:

  • Subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Orders that have already been billed and are in processing or shipping cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for a return if the bag remains unopened.

We’ll always send you an email reminder before your next subscription order is billed, giving you time to make any needed adjustments.

Third-Party Orders

If you made your purchase through Amazon or another third-party retailer, you will need to follow their cancellation and refund processes. We are not able to cancel or modify orders made outside our official website.
