All orders are shipped from our trusted warehouse partner located at:

This central U.S. location allows us to ship quickly and reliably to customers nationwide and internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase, not including weekends or holidays. During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, shipping method, and destination. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.
If you don’t receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand by the quality of every shipment. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
